A new version is now available of the Festo fluidsim pneumatics 3.6 with 4.2 library. If you are using our fluidsim-pneumatics-3.6 software, please download this latest update for corrections to the library and example files that were made available on 16 Feb 2016. This is a maintenance release providing corrections to example files and the camlibela library, as well as minor corrections to the user interface of Modelica libraries that are also used by fluidsim-pneumatics-3.6 e.g., ener/N_cylinder_compressible_air_viscous (Item 3974). The changes are as follows: 1) The example files hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor_pullup.sch by hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor_pullup.model has been corrected so that the pullup input function is correctly defined by the factory. This example file also shows how to write inputs correctly to a sensor that is driven directly by an external signal without using a pullup mechanism, by supplying the signal directly to the input of the sensor. 2) The example files hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor_pushdown.sch and hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor_pushdown.pro have been corrected so that the pullup input function is correctly defined by the factory. This example file also shows how to write inputs correctly to a sensor that is driven directly by an external signal without using a pushdown mechanism, by supplying the signal directly to the input of the sensor. 3) The example files hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor.sch and hofd/hofd_pneumatics_sensor. sch have been corrected so that the pullup input function is correctly defined to be zero. These corrections are for fluidsim-pneumatics-3.6 only, for all other fluidsim, Festo and camlibela libraries, please refer to the version 3.6 release notes of the main fluidsim web site . Fluidsim 4.2 has now been made available as a standalone application.
